My story: mi historia

Hannah Klein is a passionate daughter of Christ who hails from Colorado. She continues forth with a love for the unknown and a heart that beats in the present. Hannah is humbled by this opportunity to be a classroom teacher at the Akoyikoyi School in Chuuk, the Federated States of Micronesia for the next two years. Her experiences inside and outside of the US, attending the University of Dayton in Ohio, the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso in Chile, and interning as a volunteer English teacher in Cuenca, Ecuador have taught her to be patient, attentive, and appreciative. She feels alive when speaking other world languages and looks forward to learning Chuukese. When not traveling, cooking with others, or gazing in wonder at nature, Hannah appreciates a smoothie in one hand and a book in the other. Her favorite drink? Water.

Hannah es una hija apasionada de Cristo quien viene del estado de Colorado, los EEUU. Ella continua adelante con un amor por lo desconocido y un corazón que late en el presente. Hannah es humillada por esta oportunidad ser profesora en la escuela Akoyikoyi en el estado de Chuuk, los Estados Federados de Micronesia por los dos años próximos. Sus experiencias en los EEUU y afuera, asistiendo la Universidad de Dayton en Ohio, la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso en Chile, y haciendo una pasantía cómo profesora voluntaria de inglés en Cuenca, Ecuador le han enseñado ser paciente, atenta, y agradecida. Ella se siente viva cuando habla otros idiomas del mundo y espera con ansias aprender Chuukese. Cuando no está viajando, cocinando con otros, o mirando con asombro a la naturaleza, Hannah aprecia un batido en una mano y un libro en la otra. ¿Su bebida favorita? Agua.
